    • Vanilla flavored sugar

    Add the flour, salt and vanilla sugar to a salad bowl.
    Mix with a tablespoon and form a well in the center.
    • Egg

      x 3

    Beat the eggs and pour into the well.
    Mix carefully with a whisk in little circles to incorporate the flour bit by bit.
    • Milk

      x 500 ml

    As soon as the dough becomes too thick, add a little milk in the well and continue mixing.
    Pour in the rest of the milk in portions until smooth.
    • Butter

      x 40 grams

    Melt the butter and add to the crêpe mixture.
    Mix one last time then let it stand in the refrigerator (ideally 1 hour, at least 35 minutes).
    • Oil

      x 1 dash

    Heat a dash of oil in a pan on a medium heat.
    Pour in the mixture with a small ladle and tilt the pan to cover the bottom.
    Cook until the edges color. Unstick the edges with a spatula and turn over.
    Cook the other side for 1 minute. Put the crêpe in between two plates (1 upside down) to keep hot.
    • Nutella

      x 6 teaspoons

    Soften the Nutella in a double boiler. Spread on to half the crêpe and fold in half.
    You can also make a crêpe cake by layering the crêpes with Nutella between each layer. Bon appétit!
