    Peel and chop an onion, brown in a saucepan with a dash of olive oil and 1oz of butter.

    Add the pasta to the onion and mix for 1-2 minutes.
    • Dry white wine

      x 100 ml

    Pour in the dry white wine, and mix until it evaporates.
    • Bouillon KUB Volaille Maggi

      x 2 cubes

    Dissolve the stock cube in 2 pints boiling water and set aside.
    Add the stock bit by bit to the pasta.
    Lower the heat and cook the pasta until it absorbs all the water. Repeat.
    • Chorizo

      x 150 grams

    • Parmesan

      x 100 grams

    Peel the chorizo (if you want to) and finely slice. Grate 2oz of Parmesan (and make shavings with the rest).
    • Butter

      x 30 grams

    Dice the butter into small cubes.
    Add the chorizo to the pasta, then the butter and grated Parmesan. Serve and sprinkle over the Parmesan shavings.
